Camp Agawam Tee Box Fundraiser
Let’s get some cement tees on this awesome new track! Orion Township Parks have agreed to pay the difference of whatever we don’t raise to pay for the tee boxes!!!! Let’s do this! This is going to be a great tournament course!!!
Entry Fee
$20 from every player will go to the tees.
Tournament Central
We’ll be set up inside the building near hole 1’s tee box. Alberici Lodge. Inside are bathrooms a place to add your scores after the round.
Divisions
MPO - Singles for men
FPO - Singles for ladies
Am 1 - Doubles avg rating > 900
Am 3 - Doubles avg rating < 900
Am 4 - Doubles avg rating < 800 Jr’s & beginners.
Side Bets
$5 Ace Pool
$5 Cash 50/50 CTP on the lake hole #15
$5 Ladies only cash 50/50 on hole #5
The ace pool money goes to the tee boxes if there are no aces.
Raffle
$5 per ticket and buy two get one free.
The raffle will take place live after the event and the winner(s) will be posted online.
If you would like to donate to this event please bring it with you to the event Sunday between 9am and 4pm. This is a good place to advertise your local business or club with over 70 people signed and counting. Contact me and we’ll make it happen.
You can buy raffle tickets even if you don’t play the event.
Player Pack
The first 6 players to sign up in each division will get a disc. 30 players in total. Thank you Matt London for donating these discs from the PMA League he runs Saturdays up here.
Format
BYOP Best Shot Doubles or singles.
Pick your tee time online when you register.
Show up to the course about 30 min before you tee off and be at hole 1 at your tee time.
Best shot doubles is where both players always shoot from the same lie on every shot. Both players drive off the tee then shoot the next shot from their “best shot”. The other disc is picked up.
Layout
One round of 18 holes.
MPO, FPO and Am 1 Doubles plays long tees.
All others divisions will play short tees.
Payouts
All cash payouts to top 3 places at most.
All payouts will be sent virtually.
Bathrooms
There are indoor bathrooms we will be able to use in the building near hole 1.
Registration
Online Reg opens Wednesday, January 6 at 8pm.
No cashless pre reg
