"By entering Happy Acres Recreation Area including the Disc Golf Course (private property owned by Long
Branch Maintenance Corp., within the Diamondhead Lake community), I acknowledge the risks involved,
including flying discs, uneven terrain, natural hazards, insects, and other environmental elements.
I voluntarily release Long Branch Maintenance Corp, its Members, Board of Directors, Employees, and
Happy Acres Recreational Committee Members (the Indemnitees) from all liability for any injury or
property damage I or my guests may experience, including as a result of Indemnitees' negligence.
I agree to indemnify and hold the Indemnitees harmless from any claim or damage caused by myself, my
guests, minors, or animals I bring.
This waiver binds my heirs and representatives and benefits the Indemnitees and theirs.
I accept responsibility for myself, my guests and minors. I affirm I have read and will follow all property
rules. No littering. No glass. No entering spillway or prohibited areas. Violations may result in removal
from the property.
This waiver is valid for all future visits to the Diamondhead Lake Community, including the disc golf course
and Recreation Area."
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it the risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Abstract BYOP Dubs 2, Stephen Dolley, Lexy Dolley, Abstract Disc Golf LLC, (the "Releases") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event."
