Early registration will open for 2025 OMDGA Club Members.
This will fill up to 44 spots (22 in A Pool and 22 in B Pool) and is within the PDGA guidelines of a 33% pre-registration maximum for club members.

Tournament Schedule

Day 1 - Alternating Courses.

Pool A - Lake Cunningham Long positions and then a mix of basket positions at Hummel Park

Pool B - A mix of placements at Hummel Park and then a mix of basket positions at Lake Cunningham

Player Check-in at the course you are playing 7:15 am-8:15 am
Player meeting 8:30 am
1st round start time 09:00 am
at least a 1-hour lunch break after the first round – Change courses
2nd round start time will begin at approximately 1:30 pm (this will be updated during the tournament based on when each Pool’s round is completed)

Day 2 - Pool A and Pool B at Lighthouse DGC @ Glenn Cunningham Lake Park
Tee Times every 10 minutes starting at 07:00 AM

B Pool - A mix of pin placements
A Pool - Primarily long pin placements

Award Ceremony for each division will take place approximately 15 minutes following the completion of the last round for each division.

Pools will consist of the following divisions:

Pool A: MPO, MP40, FPO, MA1, MA40

Pool B: MA2, MA3, MA50, MA60, MP50, MP60, FP40, FP50, FP60, FA1, FA2, FA3, FA40, FA50, FA60

The divisions making up the pools are subject to change based on participant sign-up.

Disc Store will be vending the event and all amateur payouts will be completed through them.

Players registering after July 21st will not be able to receive a custom sublimated shirt but instead will receive a replacement disc golf-related shirt of equal value.

Optional $5 Ace fund - MUST be registered prior to the first day of the event. This can be either during initial registration or by editing your registration prior to event day. This cannot be registered for the day of the event.

Players will throw off for half of this money if it is not hit during the tournament with the other portion being donated to the OMDGA.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made before June 21st will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee but may be subject to a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations made from June 21st through July 19th, 2025, will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended.

Cancellations made on or after July 19th, 2025, will receive:
AMs: Their registration fee minus the value of the custom A Call to Arms sublimated shirt ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the shipping cost).
PROs: Their registration fee minus the $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player's spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide a 50% monetary refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
