Player's Party on Saturday. Free Food, Music, Firepits, & More! Bring your own beverages. Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Cornhole, Putting Games, Lawn Darts, Jenga. Ace Throw Off.

Emails will be sent out prior to the tournament with OBs, Rules, & Tee Times.
A minimum of 3 people are required per division excluding Female, Junior, and Age Based divisions.
You must be present for awards/payout or have someone pick up your awards/payout during the awards ceremony. No awards or payout will be given prior to the awards ceremony.

Merrill Gray Farm is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds will be issued until 7:59 PM on Feb 28th, if and only if, your spot is filled by another player. Merrill Gray Farm may take up to a $10 fee for processing the refund.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 7:59 PM on Feb 28th or if your spot is not filled for a withdrawal prior to 7:59 PM on Feb 28th.
