All proceeds go to Alabama Sports Officials Foundation!

The Ultimate Goal of the Foundation is to provide Financial Scholarships to Officials Children from a self-funded environment.
It is our financial goal to distribute a minimum of $4500.00 each year in scholarships.
It is also our goal to establish and maintain a Hall of Fame for Officials from the state of Alabama. An annual induction ceremony will be held for this purpose. Our first induction ceremony was successfully launched in 2019

Finally, our goal is to establish a program that centers around the recruitment and retention of officials within our state.

All players will receive a tournament stamped disc, tournament stamped mini, and tournament stamped shirt. Need to register by June 23rd to guarantee shirt size.

Trophies will be provided to the top 3 spots in any division that has at least 3 participants registered by July 5th.

There will be no additional payout. Player pack value will exceed the PDGA requirement for payout.

Acceptance of the COVID-19 Waiver is required for all players participating in this event.

I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless The ASOF Scholarship Shootout, Lamar Futch, and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.

Refund policy
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days (now until June 24th) before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 29 days (June 25th through July 24th) or less before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player from the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will ship the player pack to the player at the player's expense unless the player can make other arrangements for delivery.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. (This does NOT apply to a waitlist player)
