The tournament will be two rounds on August 22nd, featuring competitive and recreational divisions. The recreational division will have a simplified course layout to make it perfect for those people entering their first tournament. In contrast, the competitive division will feature the addition of OB, hazard, and mandatory routes to the default layout of the course to increase the challenge.

As the primary goal of this tournament is to raise funds, there will be no cash prizes. There will opportunities for everyone to win some other prizes though. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for the chance to win some fabulous donated prizes. An optional Ace Pot will be available, with 50% of the proceeds going to the winner(s) and the other 50% going to the foundation. If nobody scores an ace, 100% of the proceeds will be donated.

We are changing up the format this year, as this will also be an Innova Replay event!

Replay Rules of Play

Use standard PDGA disc golf rules with one key twist:
1. Each player may replay one throw per hole without penalty.
2. Players can use the Replay Player Pack discs and up to 3 of their own discs.
3. Replay shots can be thrown with any disc, and must be declared and thrown before the next player throws. The player chooses a lie from the replay or original throw.
4. Scoring: Count the lowest number of throws to complete the hole. Ignore any throw that was not used to complete the hole.

Halo Champion Fox [ 5 | 6 | -2 | 1 ] - Midrange available weight ranges: 165-180g
Proto Glow R-Pro Xero [ 2 | 3 | 0 | 0 ] - Putter available weight ranges: 165-175g


All registrants will also receive a hot lunch (Hot Dog, Chips, Veggies, Drinks). While we will do our best to ensure that everyone's dietary needs are accommodated for lunch, we cannot guarantee our ability to meet them all. The remainder of each player fee will be donated to the foundation.

30 Days or More Prior: Players who officially request to withdraw at least 30 days before the start of the event are entitled to a 100% cash refund of their entry fee.
15 to 29 Days Prior:
◦ If the spot is filled by a player from the waitlist, the withdrawing player receives a 100% cash refund
◦ If the spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% cash refund OR the player’s pack the player would have received (minus the cost of shipping)
14 Days Prior up to 48 hours before start:
◦ If the spot is filled by a player from the waitlist, the withdrawing player receives a 100% cash refund
◦ If the spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% cash refund OR the player’s pack the player would have received (minus the cost of shipping)
Within 48 Hours of the Event: Players who request to withdraw within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund, but may receive their player pack. This includes "day-of" drops or players who fail to check in.
