LHCO PROJECT: This is not required (but don't be a party pooper -Mercedes). Please be prepared to take a photo during check-in at Tournament Central (Friday early check-in or Saturday before round 1)... It's nothing serious, just something fun to be a part of. If you are not able to get your photo taken at check-in, please be sure to have yours taken after round 1 Saturday

This will be a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier tournament
+ 2 Rounds of 24-Holes at SARA Park Disc Golf Course

+ Juniors in MJ12/FJ12 will play 2 Rounds on Junior Layout
+ Juniors in MJ10/FJ10 will play 1 Round (Saturday) on Junior Layout

IT'S A WRAP Food Truck On-Site
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos, Biscuits and gravy, Breakfast sandwiches.
Lunch:/Dinner: Chicken bacon ranch wraps, Chicken Caesar wraps, BBQ chicken wraps, Teriyaki pork wraps, Smoked tri tip wraps.
Served with house made potato salad, macaroni salad, or chips.
Also offering a large variety of drinks.

PLAYERS PARTY/PUTTING GAMES:
Join us for some lawn games, putting, and delicious eats! The player party will be hosted at Hava Bite starting around 7:30pm. (Friends/Family/Kids welcome). This is a fun food truck establishment serving beer/wine/seltzers, with a solid variety of food trucks. The Taproom is open 11-9 M-F & 11-9:30 SAT/SUN.

Total Event Pass-Through Fees (at max of 150 players) are (TBD) $X.XX and include: PDGA C-Tier Per Player Fee $3, Greens Fee/Park Permit, and PortaPotty Rental.

PDGA Live scoring will be the official method for scorekeeping. Paper scorecards will also be available. Please Note: SARA Park Disc Golf Course is a desert course and cell service can be spotty. CARTS are NOT recommended

ACE POOL: To enter, add the $5 ace pool option during registration on DGS. If ya changed your mind or forgot to enter, please ask at Check-In or before Tournament Round 1 starts. Note* If an ace is not hit, half of the ace pool will be raffled off between all who opted-in to the ace pool, and the other half will go back to the Lake Havasu City Disc Golf Club. If multiple aces are hit, the ace pool will be divided between those who opted-in and hit an ace.

PAYOUTS for PRO will be sent through PayPal
