Registration Schedule -
August 5th, 2022 - 6 pm CST - Registration open for Early Hole Sponsors ($25 per hole). A limited number of spots are available.
Each hole sponsor registered will receive a wooden engraved mini with the tournament stamp on top along with name and pdga # on bottom.
August 12th, 2022 - 8 pm CST - General registration opens.
November 4th, 2022 - 10 pm CST - Registration closes, all waitlisted players will be refunded and Divisions will lock.
November 7th, 2022 - 6 pm CST - Tee time assignments will be posted on the PDGA event page.

Pool A - All Open divisions and Ma1.
Pool B - All other divisions.
Pool A - will play TRACE GOLD via tee times 1 round per day Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Pool B - will play trace blue Friday & Saturday. Final round on Trace Gold Sunday all via tee times 1 round per day.
Novice, amateur women and juniors will play a shorter modified version of trace gold.
All amateur divisions will receive a players pack which wont be revealed until check-in.
You MUST be a PDGA MEMBER to play this event.

Thursday Nov 10th - Check-In 12:30 pm-4:30 pm at pavilion by hole 1.
PDGA C-TIER flex start doubles on TRACE BLUE. First tee 9am final tee 2pm, play anytime between 9am and 2pm.
Friday Nov 11th - Late Check In. All divisions with exception to All Open/Adv Men play Trace blue. Open divisions and Adv Men play Trace Gold.
Saturday Nov 12th - All divisions with exception to all Open/Adv Men play trace blue. Open divisions and Adv Men play Trace Gold.
Sunday Nov 13th - All divisions play their final round on Trace Gold.
You MUST play the first round of the event to play in subsequent rounds of the event.
Pro Divisions - $750 minimum added cash divided over divisions per PDGA guidelines.
Amateur Divisions - Player pack AND payout for the top 50% of each division!!

Tupelo Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Event Refund Policy
Early Hole Sponsorships (used for early registration) are non-refundable. If Early Hole Sponsors drop from the event, they will be refunded by the policy below minus the Hole Sponsorship amount.
Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 11/3/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 9/9/22 and 11/3/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)
No refunds will be given after 11/4/22 other than Waitlisted Players. All Waitlisted Players will be refunded on 11/4/22.
