Blue/Middle tees — FPO, FP40, MP50, MA40, MA2, MA3, FA1, FA2, MJ18, FJ18
White/Front tees — FP50, FA40, FA50, MP60, MA50, MA60, MA4, FA40, FA3, FA4, MJ12, FJ12, MJ08, FJ08

This event will NOT include a Player's Pack, but may include complimentary items thanks to our sponsors. These items are TBA & may be limited.

ENTRY FEE DISTRIBUTION:
$3 from each player goes directly to the PDGA
$2 from each player goes to support Dayton Disc Golf
Remaining entry fee goes directly to payout!

Payouts:
Division will receive payouts per PDGA rules;
- Professional Payout will be via PayPal, to the email address provided at registration!
- Amateur Payout will be redeemable at https://hazyshade.com/ or pickup in person at:
