    Day 1 Check-in

    8:45am - 9:00am

    Players meeting

    9:00am - 9:10am

    Walk to starting holes. Players starting on holes 4-13 may want to park up top. However, parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged.

    9:15am - 12:15pm

    Round 1. Shotgun start at 9:15.

    12:15pm - 1:15pm

    There will be a one-hour break for lunch (Brazilian Munchies will be on site!) starting when the last card finishes Round 1 (probably around 12:15).

    1:15pm - 4:15pm

    Round 2 shotgun start after the one-hour lunch break (probably around 1:15).

    Round 3 check-in.

    9:15am - 9:25am

    Walk to starting holes. Players starting on holes 4-13 may want to park up top. However, parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged.

    9:30am - 12:30pm

    Round 3 (Harvest longs or shorts, depending on division). Shotgun start at 9:30. Awards (incl. CTP) after last card finishes. If no aces hit, a CTP throw will determine ace pot winners for players who opted in.

About this tournament

3 rounds of play
We are excited to bring you the Harvest Open for its 6th year! Given our success as a B-tier last year, we are again running this tournament as a 2-day, 3-round B-tier with $750 added cash!

All divisions will play 2 rounds on Saturday and 1 round Sunday morning.

Round 1 (Saturday morning, 9:15 shotgun start):
All divisions will play Harvest LONGS.

Round 2 (Saturday afternoon; shotgun start time 1 hour after last card finishes):
All divisions will play Harvest SHORTS.

Round 3 (Sunday morning, 9:30 shotgun start):
All pro divisions and MA1/MA40 will play Harvest LONGS.
All other divisions will play Harvest SHORTS.

There will be CTPs on various holes and several raffles you can enter to win prizes. If no ace is hit during the tournament, there will be a CTP throwoff for those who entered the pot after Round 3.

Brazilian Munchies food truck will be on the scene during lunch on Saturday. We should be able to provide a menu before the event. We appreciate your support of a local business!

TDs reserve the right to apply individual division caps to keep the tournament balanced. We will keep an eye on any caps we put on with the goal of having a balance across divisions but limiting waitlists. If you do end up on a waitlist, we will start letting people in (starting with Pro divisions) about a week before the tournament.
