Refund policy

Vicious Circle Disc Golf is responsible for issuing refunds.

There will be a $10.00 processing fee for any refund starting on 7/1/2025.

Registration closes at 8:00 p.m. on 7/11/2025 and there will be no refunds after that time.

We will be using the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds policy for this tournament.
