Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are 3 weeks away from our event and we are looking forward to seeing everyone!! With this year's event falling on Easter Weekend, we have seen lower numbers again and have decided to make some changes to make the event run smoother and keep more money in the purse. Zebulon will not be used this year as we don't have enough players to justify two courses, and the $600 it would have cost to rent the course will stay in the event. To make this work, Saturday's schedule will change. Pool B will play Saturday morning using tee times, Pool A will play their second round using tee times right after (This is Sunday's schedule already), and Pool B will play their second round using tee times in the afternoon. Pool A's first round on Friday will not change and Sunday's schedule will not change for anyone. To make this work, we are capping the player pool at 72 players.
We know this isn't ideal and we hope you understand we don't make these decisions lightly. We always want to provide you the best tournament experience we can. If you have any questions, need further clarification, or just want to chat, feel free to reach out to me.

The 43rd Annual Dogwood Crosstown Classic, Presented by Batista Grading Inc is right around the corner and will be part of the NC Point Series.
Pool A (All Pro Divisions and MA1) will play East Clayton Blue on Friday, East Clayton White on Saturday, and East Clayton Blue on Sunday. Tee times for all three rounds.
Pool B (All Am Divisions except MA1) will play East Clayton White on Saturday Morning, East Clayton White on Saturday Afternoon, and East Clayton Blue on Sunday
Please note divisional caps are in place to ensure ease of cards for tee times and WILL be adjusted if needed. The earlier you sign up the better your chance of getting in, even on the waitlist. Divisions that don't preform well will have their slots given to other divisions.
All players will receive a long sleeve drifit hoodie (they seem to be a hit for everyone)!! Am Players will also receive a players pack (items are still TBD).
REGISTER BY WEDNESDAY MARCH 4 TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE A PLAYER PACK.
Pro payout will be handled through PayPal and Chuckster will provide payout for all amateur divisions. Trophies will be awarded to the winner of every division.
*Please note there are some pass-through fees associated with this event. Those go to pay for course rentals, PDGA and NC Point Series fees, etc.

Refund policy
Bobby Henn is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Please refer to the PDGA Competition Manual section 1.03 regarding Withdrawals and Refunds. Waitlist fee is non-refundable.
