About this tournament

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Jeffrey Cranson Tournament at Meadowbrook Orchards. We will have a Pro day and an Am day.

This will be a PDGA B-tier and NEFA points event. All players will be playing 2 rounds of 18 holes. PDGA rules require that you must be a current PDGA member to register for B-Tiers.

There will be a minimum of $3000 added cash to the Pro purse and there will also be some added cash to the Am day.
Pros will be paid out through PayPal and Am payouts will be 978 Bucks to Disc Golf 978.

Player Pack will be a $25 Pick your own Player Pack Credit to Disc Golf 978

CTP prizes per divisions and smaller divisions may be combined.

Women and Juniors will have early sign ups,

Early registration for hole sponsors. Be able to sign up early and limited to 1/3 of the field. Holes sponsors can also choose starting hole number if they want and all sponsors will have their Own CTP. If you played any of the tournaments I ran at Meadowbrook, you know what the CTP prize will be ????

Refund policy

Disc Golf 978 is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will be dispersed in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual Section 1.03.

Players who officially request to withdraw at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled at the time of the withdrawal, you will receive a 50% refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled at the time of the withdrawal, you will receive a 25% refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
