CycleWorks Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
-Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.
-Refund Request up to 3 days in advanced of Tournament date will process refund less transactions fees.
-Refund Request between 1-3 days of tournament date will be refunded only if the event registration spot can be filled
-Refund Request inside 24hours of tournament date will result in player forfeiting their registration position and will be eligible to pickup associated players pack at their convenience or they can negotiate shipping for associated products.
