Refund policy

Sooner Disc Golf Club will issue a refund for your tournament entry, ace pot, and CTP up until 30 days prior to the start of the event. If you request to withdraw 15-30 days prior to the start of the event, you will receive a refund minus fees, ONLY if your spot is filled, otherwise you will receive a players pack or 50% of your entry (Which is at the discretion of the TD). If you request to withdraw at 14 or less days left prior to the start of the event, you will receive a refund minus fees ONLY if your spot is filled, otherwise you will receive a players pack or 25% of your entry (Which is at the discretion of the TD). If you do not officially request to withdraw, or "no show", you forfeit your entry and do not receive a players pack. Please see 1.3 Withdrawals and Refunds in the Official rules
