Because of the 37 years of history and the "Classic" nature of the Earlewood Classic, The PDGA has provided a waiver to use Mach 1 targets for the 2026 Earlewood Classic.

The Course Will Be In Tournament Practice Shape By March 5th, 2026 (10 AM).
Min 150% Event Value to Amateurs.
Player Packs and Trophies to Amateurs Divisional Winners.
Trophies to Pro Divisional Winners.
*A minimum of 3 players are needed per division to ensure a trophy.
Player Packs consists of:
Custom Hoodie
Custom Leather Patch Performance Hat
Tour Towel
Innova Halo Disc
(A $150 Value)
Tee Times All Days - 1 round per day. 3 round event.
Player's must check in each day at least 10 minutes before their tee time.
Layout TBD with the traditional Ewood Classic OB.
OBs, rules, and course layout will be out for practice starting March 1st.
Ace Pot - $5.
Raffle on site for a baskets, discs, and more. Drawing at player's party Saturday. ($5 for 1, $10 for 3, and $20 for 7)

Refund policy
Withdrawals and Refunds:
Players must withdrawal from the event by email or DGS.
Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the AM player will receive their player pack (minus the cost of shipping) | the PRO player will receive a 50% refund
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the AM player will receive their player pack (minus the cost of shipping) | the PRO player will receive a 25% refund
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, are not entitled to a refund.
