About this tournament
2 rounds of play
The 2nd Annual Tiger Open is a 2 round PDGA sanctioned C-Tier disc golf tournament at The Woods at Trinity Disc Golf Course in McKinney, Tx. Players will play 2 rounds over 2 days with tee times for both days. Each round will be 18 holes with different layouts for different divisions. A pool will play the championship Gold layout for both rounds.
This is an annual event to raise money for the Blue Ridge Tiger high school band program. $5 of each entry will be donated to the Blue Ridge Band Boosters. We will also have a small raffle to help raise money for the band.
All am player's will receive a premium plastic Mint disc, and more in your player's pack. MA3, FA3, and Junior divisions will be trophy and player's pack only.

We will have 3 different pools playing 3 different layouts. All layouts will be 18 holes. Everyone will skip hole 15 and everyone will play hole 16 from the blue (Long) tee.
A Pool
All pro divisions and MA1. A Pool will play blue tees to gold (Long) baskets both rounds. Holes 13-14 and 20-21 will be combined into two par 5's. You will play hole 13's blue tee to hole 14's basket and hole 20's blue tee to hole 21's gold pin. This will be for A pool only. Skip hole 15.
B Pool
MA2, MA40, and MA50. WE HAVE CHANGED THE LAYOUT THAT B POOL WILL PLAY. B pool will now play both rounds from the red (short) tees to the gold (long) baskets. The only exception will be hole 16 which all divisions will play from the long tee. Skip holes 14, 15, & 20.
C Pool
MA60, MA3, all Amateur Women Divisions, and Juniors. You will play Red tees to short baskets both rounds excluding hole 8 and 16. You will play red tee to gold pin on hole 8 blue tee on hole 16. You will skip holes 14, 15, & 20.
We are going to make this as easy to navigate during your rounds as possible. Baskets that you are not playing will be covered. We will mark each tee with colored flags to denote which division throws from which tees. Detailed information on flag colors will be in your caddie book that will be sent out Tuesday, July 5th.
Saturday - Round 1 Tee times starting at 8am
Sunday - Round 2 tee times starting at 8am
Awards and payout to follow round 2 Sunday
We will be hosting flex start singles and doubles on Friday, July 8th in conjunction with the Tiger Open. These events are in addition to the Tiger Open and are optional. Anyone can play the flex start, even if they are not registered to play Saturday!
Flex Start Friday Schedule - 8am-6pm

Refund policy
The Disc Golf Dojo is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Official 2022 refund and cancelation policy
If you need to cancel for this event, it must be made through Disc Golf Scene or by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 3 days in prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days of the event date will receive a 75% refund minus the $5 cancellation fee.
If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit.
If you have to cancel but would still like a player's pack then you may choose to receive partial refund (varies by division) and get a player's pack while supplies last.
The $5 waitlist fee will not be refunded if you are not able to play the event
