About this tournament

If you join after the first 40 am spots are taken, then your players pack will be something other than the USDGC stamped Innova disc
Welcome to the 2nd Annual Kiwanis Scholarship Open! This year will be earlier and will be a USDGC Doubles qualifier event!
We will be utilizing UDisc for scoring, so make sure to sign up on here in advance so that I can add you to the event!
This event is running alongside the Pancake Day that Kiwanis has every year! So lunch will be provided and is included in your entry fee. All you can eat pancakes, and there will be an extended lunch.
Pros are allowed to play in this event, but are not eligible to qualify for the main event!
If there is no Ace Hit, then the fund will be donated to Kiwanis!
Per Player fees go towards:
$10 to course/facilities
$2 to PDGA
Lunch tickets are included in entry.
Pros will be paid out 85% (after course fees) to the top 40%.
Ams will play trophy only and USDGC spots. While MA1 is usually the division that will take the USDGC spots, those spots are up for grabs in all Amateur divisions.
Ams Will receive:
Choice of a USDGC Stamped Innova Disc
This is a Doubles Qualifier for the USDGC DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
The number of teams that can qualify for the USDGC Doubles Main Event is based on the number of teams that participate in your qualifier. The thresholds are as follows.
Men
· 1-14 Teams = 1 Team qualifies
· 15-24 Teams = 2 Teams qualify
· 25+ Teams = 3 Teams qualify
Women
· 1-5 Teams = 1 Team qualifies
· 6-10 Teams = 2 Teams qualify
· 11+ Teams – 3 Teams qualify
