At the 2021 Chain Don't Break: Mason Bloom Charity Drive, The Toledo Area Disc Golf community joined together and raised over $6,000 to support Rocket Disc Golf Club member Mason Bloom in his fight with cancer.

On April 24th, 2022, Rocket Disc Golf will partner with Pelotonia and host the 2nd Annual Chain Don't Break Charity Drive. Pelotonia is based in Columbus, Ohio and is an event where thousands of people ride their bikes a designated number of miles to represent the struggle against cancer. In 13 years, they have raised over $236 million for cancer research. Instead of riding bikes, we will be throwing discs, and all money raised will be donated to Pelotonia.

This will be an unsanctioned, CTP filled, 1 round flex start fundraiser tournament. All players will receive a 2nd Annual Chain Don't Break Charity Drive t-shirt courtesy of SLI customs, who has partnered with Rocket Disc Golf again for this event (To ensure you get the right shirt size, please register by April 7th). We will also have a silent auction throughout the day, other side games, and "payouts" for the top placers.
