Out of respect for the traditional Nacogdoches Open, the course rotations include Pioneer, Pecan and Lake Nac.

Gorilla Disc Golf was bestowed the honor of facilitating this prestigious, fan favorite event. The Nacogdoches crushers have been absolutely killing it on their end to make this event not just a fun one, but a very special one.

ACE POT We will have an ace pot, one for each pool. $5 to buy in, if no one hits ace pot in your pool, we will have a CTP throw-off and 3 closest split prize pool, 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

With Chris stepping off, the role of TD for Nac Open has fallen into my hands. I am positive that even though he is stepping off, myself, Gorilla DG, and The Nac Crushers guarantee not only a good turnout, but a fantastic tournament.

Modified layout at The Lake for C Pool:
Hole 9, 380ft Par 3. Temp Basket at the bottom of the hill
Hole 11, 295ft Par 3. Tee from bottom of hill.

We have made this for C pool for a variety of reasons. But some of the main ones are so the backups are not nearly as bad as last year's craizeness on those two holes, also so the rounds are played a little quicker, so players can get back to HQ

9am Start Time Sat/Sun- all pools

NEW CHANGE We have decided as Gorilla and Nac Crushers, to cap the pools at 72, 4 players a card. If a pool gets filled up quickly and we see need, we will lift player caps to 84 for that pool.

We have decided to start all pools at same time, (9am) on Sunday, to limit traffic to hq concluding tournament, and the three pools come in at different times.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted directly to the Tournament Director by email, phone, or text message. Requests made through other players, staff members, social media comments, or unofficial channels will not be considered official withdrawals.

Waitlist Refunds

Players who do not gain entry into the event from the waitlist will receive a full refund of their registration fee minus a $5 administrative fee.

Players who voluntarily withdraw from the waitlist before registration closes will also receive a full refund minus the $5 administrative fee.

Registered Player Withdrawals

Players who officially withdraw more than 48 hours before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee minus a $5 administrative fee.

Withdrawals Within 48 Hours

Players who withdraw within 48 hours of the start of the event are not eligible for a monetary refund.

If the event includes a player pack, the withdrawing player will be entitled to receive their player pack. Any shipping costs required to deliver the player pack will be the responsibility of the player.

No-Shows

Players who fail to notify the Tournament Director of their withdrawal prior to the event and do not attend will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund and forfeit any player pack items.

Providing advance notice allows tournament staff to make necessary adjustments to tee times, group assignments, and event logistics. Players who do not extend this courtesy will forfeit all event benefits associated with their registration.

Event Cancellation

If Gorilla Disc Golf cancels an event, all registered and waitlisted players will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

By registering for a Gorilla Disc Golf event, players acknowledge and agree to this refund and withdrawal policy.
