About this tournament
4 rounds of play
The Annual Boulder Woods Iron Man Tournament is a 100-hole charity event benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Boulder Woods course is broken down and expanded to 25 holes, which we play 4 times around, with the final round determining the winners.
$50 registration for all participants, $25 of which will be donated to the National MS Society, along with half the ace pot and any donations or sponsorships received. There is a change from previous years, registration is split by divisions, to add some more excitement to the competition and celebrate more people at the end of the day. There still will be one Iron Man crowned, but each division will have prizes.
The Iron Man is played on cards of 3 players. For the first 3 rounds, you can pick your own cardmates if you would like to (or just make new friends the morning of). The 4th round cards will be determined based on the total scores from the first 3 rounds, by division. The 4th round will also be a tag round for members of the tag league.
All participants will get a player pack including a tournament stamped disc by Mint Discs. Prizes and trophies will go to the top few players in each division, and the top 5 fundraisers, with the traditional and coveted Iron Man Clock for first place overall, for women, and for fundraising.
