(two rounds - one each day)
CFP TEE ASSIGNMENTS:
Gold/Long tees — MPO, MP40
Blue/Middle tees — FPO, MP50, MP60, MA40, MA1
White/Front tees — MA50, MA60, MA2, MA3, MA4, FA40, FA1, FA2, FA3, MJ15, FJ15
Echo Valley TEE ASSIGNMENTS:
Gold/Long tees — MPO, MP40, MA1
Blue/short tees — FPO, MP50, MP60, MA40, MA50, MA60, MA2, MA3, MA4, FA1, FA2, FA40, FA3, FA4, MJ15, FJ15
Tee times will start at 8am both days
Tee order will be MA60, MA50, FA&MJ, MA4, MA3, MA2, MA40, FPO, MP60, MP50, MA1, MP40 & MPO
Entry Fees:
All Open Divisions: $70
All Amateur Divisions: $60
All Junior Divisions: $50
$1,000 in added cash for the PRO's!
Am's will receive a players pack valued at $90 +/-
$20 per registration Amateur fee will be deducted for each Amateur players packs.
MINIMUM OF 3 PLAYERS IN DIVISION. (Unless otherwise approved by TD)
(MUST HAVE THREE IN A DIVISION TO BE AWARDED A TROPHY - FOR 1ST PLACE)
••• NOTE: Wait list will be based on first come first served for division that can fill or create a division (minimum of 3), or a card of 4.
$5 Optional Ace Fund (if no ace is hit, we will have a drawing for 100% of the ace pot) - pay day of, if you did not pay during registration!
All Am payout will be sent via email and can be redeemed at Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More or Hazyshade.com
All Pro Payout will be via PayPal or Venmo
Please provide a valid and correct email during registration for both tournament info and payout*

Refund policy
Dayton Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be issued in compliance with PDGA guidelines, except after registration is closed. No refunds after registration is closed.
