Amateur players packs will be valued at over $100 and consist of a quality custom jersey, custom tournament stamped disc, hat, loot bag, koozie, & drawstring bag. Player Packs can be picked up at Early check in on Thursday at Lakeside 9am-3pm or at Hillside Fri-Sun.
Players who register prior to 3/14 will be guaranteed their jersey size and their preferred color!

AMATEUR PAYOUT
Amateur Payout will be at Hillside on Sunday using "LOSO Bucks" for vendors of your choice: Out of Bounds, Armory Disc Golf, House of the Flying Disc, Lucky Ace Discs, Kraken Chains, H13 Disc Golf, & YetiDisc. All players must pick up their payouts on Sunday and all payout bucks must be redeemed on Sunday.

ACE POT
ACEPOT will be broken out per the below pools/layouts:
--A POOL- longs layout
--B POOL- mixed layout

--C POOL- shorts layout (w/UC mixed)
--D&B POOL- shorts layout
If Acepot is not hit within the Pool/Layouts, we will raffle off via random draw number generator live on the Facebook Event Page after the event. Number of players in each pool/layout will dictate number of spots.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Lightning within a 10-mile radius dictates a 30-minute pause in play. Each time lightning strikes within a 10-mile radius, the 30-minute period will start over. Please note this is a PDGA rule that TDs must follow. Please read over PDGA 1.07 Suspension of Play.

--3 Horn Blasts: Play is to suspend immediately, mark your current lie, and seek shelter. We will make updates on the Facebook event page and DGScene page with further instructions. Your course directors will know what is going on.
--2 Horn Blasts: 2-minute warning before the start of the round
--1 Horn Blast: Play may begin
No Rain Tees will be in effect in the event it does rain. Players are expected to play from designated tee pads.
RAFFLE
We will have a raffle again this year benefiting EDGE and Alamo Community Disc Club. SHOP LIVE OAK and UNIVERSAL CITY and exchange your receipts for raffle tickets. We will have 4 baskets, Zuca Cart, Two Grip Bags and more! Raffle will be setup at Hillside Friday- Sunday and the drawing will begin after the MPO lead card tees off on Sunday.

Refund policy
Alamo Community Disc Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Updating Refund policy 4/5/25 to be more lenient than PDGA guidelines:
Refunds should be requested via Disc Golf Scene or your registration email.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15-29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus dgscene/paypal fees.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 2-14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus dgscene/paypal fees and $5 handling fee.
We will follow PDGA guidelines for ALL drops within 48 hours of the event:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 48 hours of the start play will receive a full refund (minus dgscene/paypal fees and $5 handling fee) ONLY if we can fill the spot. If we cannot fill the spot, players are not entitled to a refund. 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds, Section F. https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
No shows forfeit entry fees.
