OPERATING TIME ZONE
With courses located in different time zones, all tournament operations will be conducted using Central Standard Time (CST).

CHECK-IN
Friday: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM at Hilgers Gulch (during Friday Night Doubles)
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM at each pool’s respective Tournament Central
Check-in is required for all players.

FRIDAY NIGHT DOUBLES
Format: $10 Random Draw Doubles
Location: Hilgers Gulch
Start Time: 5:00 PM

Registration will take place at tournament central.
This event is open to all players—participation in the State Tournament is not required.
This will be the first opportunity for tournament check-in (5:00–5:30 PM) and for amateurs to pick up player packs.

Divisions and pools are subject to change to ensure competitive balance.

ROUND 1 HOLE ASSIGNMENTS
Hole assignments will be posted Friday afternoon. Players should verify their starting hole again Saturday morning, as adjustments may occur due to withdrawals.

CADDIE BOOK
The caddie book will be emailed to registered players beginning July 1st. It will also be posted on the Pierre/Ft. Pierre Disc Golf Facebook page and DiscGolfScene.

ACE POT:
Ace pot will be only available via online registration. No day of entries will be allowed. Ace pot is only available during the first 2 rounds on Saturday. Ace pot winner will be awarded during player party. If no ace is hit, we will do a CTP throw off during the player party.

VENDING
DAKM4 Disc Golf will be vending and prizing out all amateurs winnings. They will be set up at the Amphitheater at Steamboat Park on Saturday, and at tournament central at Hilgers on Sunday.

The Swag Shoppe will also be vending and supplying custom touch merchandise at the same locations.

PARKING
Steamboat Park:
Parking available near the amphitheater and Hole 2, as well as along Missouri Ave. and Dakota Ave.
(Note: These streets run alongside Holes 14–16. Please be aware of active fairways.)

Oahe Downstream:
Parking available at Tournament Central and east of Hole 19 fairway
(State park pass required—see below.)

Hilgers Gulch:
Parking available at the Becker-Hanson building on the south side of the course

SOUTH DAKOTA PARK PASS
Oahe Downstream is located within a state park. All vehicles must display a valid day pass or annual park pass.

Failure to obtain a pass may result in a fine exceeding $100. The Sharpe Shooters Disc Golf Club is not responsible for any citations issued.

PLAYER PARTY
Player party will be held at Steamboat Park at the Amphitheater. Bring your own drinks. Sloppy Joe's, chips, and cookies will be available $5 a plate. Putting games, CTP's, and other fun games will be taking place during the evening. More on this when details are finished.

WATER STATIONS
Water stations will be available throughout all courses. Players are strongly encouraged to bring their own water, as stations will not be refilled once depleted.

PAYOUTS
Amateurs:
Payouts will be issued as vouchers redeemable at DAKM4 Disc Golf at Hilgers Gulch on Sunday.

Professionals:
Payouts will be made in cash
If a professional player is not present, payment will be sent via PayPal within two days of tournament completion.

All payouts will be distributed following the final round of each division at Hilgers Gulch.

ADDED CASH:
Added cash is at $3000. All mixed pro divisions must have more then 1 player signed up. If only 1 player signs up for a mixed pro division, they will be asked to move to another division that they are able to play. Added cash will not be "given" to players who don't have competition. Refunds will be available if player decides to not play rather then move division. Due to lower numbers in female divisions exceptions will be made, however, we will work to make the female pro divisions fair.

TROPHIES:
Trophies will only be available to divisions that have more then 1 player registered by July 10th.

PLAYER PACKS
First 50 amateur players will receive:
$30 voucher to The Swag Shoppe
A custom-stamped disc will be available to early check-ins while supplies last.

Pass through fees:
$4 for PDGA player fees
$5 for bathroom rentals
$5 TD Fees

Sharpe Shooters Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
