About this tournament

The St. Charles County Disc Golf Club's 14th annual Ice Bowl will kick off the club's 2026 tournament schedule on January 17th, 2026! Similar to last year, we will have a special 27 hole layout at Quail (details TBD), for a bring your own partner doubles format. All proceeds and canned goods will once again be donated to OASIS Food Pantry in St Charles.
Last year was our best year to date, with $11,600 & 756 lbs of food raised, which was the 8th largest fundraising Ice Bowl throughout the entire country in 2025! We are hoping we can beat that total this year, to set another new record and continue to show what an amazing disc golf community we have here in St. Charles County!
As an extra incentive to signup and because this is a cause that is personally very important to me (Josh), I will be providing all players with a custom Local Line Apparel Ice Bowl towel. Firehouse Subs/Traci Murray has also once again offered to provide a lite lunch (sub, chips, and rice Krispy treat) for all players.
The cost is $40 per team (no payouts, trophy only). Registration will be handled on Disc Golf Scene and opens Thursday night (12/11) at 7pm central. There will also be day-of registration, but it is first come, first served and there is a cap of 81 teams (162 players). Each player will receive the aforementioned towel and a raffle ticket with entry. Unlimited mulligans are available for $2/mulligan (1 throw per teammate), purchased day-of, paid for following your round for the total mulligans used (totals will be on the honor system). Optional buy-ins for acepool and 50/50 CTPs are available. There will also be trophies for the winning team and team with the most mulligans used.
For $10/player, you will be eligible for CTP prizes on 24 holes (all except the 50/50 CTPs) with prizes ranging from discs to a pair of tickets to an upcoming St. Louis Blues game!
We already have a ton of great raffle prizes lined up, including multiple baskets, multiple bags, a cart, over a hundred discs, and plenty more to come! Raffle tickets can be purchased on Disc Golf Scene, as well as day-of. You can also get in on the raffle without playing in the tournament by sending PayPal to [email redacted] or Venmo to @sccdgc and putting raffle in the notes. Tickets are $1 or 2 canned goods per ticket.

Refund policy
St. Charles County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. No refunds after online registration closes on January 16 at 7:00pm CST.
