About this tournament

The Bay County Disc Golf Community is proud to host the 2026 NWFLDGC Friday Flex.
Your entry will include a $20 voucher for inventory onsite and covers your Majette and PDGA fees ($8).
This is a PDGA sanctioned event. A sanctioned round requires groups of 3-5 players in order to be official. Tournament staff will do their best to help folks group up if they do not have at least 3 players in their designated group.
The course will be a 22 hole course. We anticipate baskets being moved into the tournament position by Saturday, 2/15.
MA1, MA40, MP40, MPO, MP40 will play the blue layout.
MA2 and MA50 will play the white layout.
FPO, FA1, MA3 will play the red layout.
All other divisions (including Junior divisions, MA4, FA3, FA4 and MA70+) will play the YELLOW layout.
YELLOW layout is a special tournament layout and is much of the red layout, but has a few course revisions with the many being on temp or modified holes. Layouts may change at the TD's discretion
Refund policy
Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.
ACE POT - Players are welcome to register for the Ace Pot. If no aces are hit during regulation play, then the ace pot will be donated to the Root for Bay and Bay Disc Golf Club non-profit groups.
All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee to not exceed $10.
Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack
If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
