Bring your own card Tee Time Flex running every 15 minutes starting at 9 am till 6:00 PM.
The last start time is a shotgun start going out at 6:00pm. 6:00PM Shotgun start is currently capped at 36 spots to start.
---> Night Before Email will include the PDGA Live Code for Access. Please sign-up before 6 PM the night before to recieve the email. I'll send out the night before email by 7 PM, if you do not recieve the email, check your spam or contact me directly.
Late sign-ups and walk-ups are welcomed. HOWEVER, contact the TD after signing up to ensure you have all the information from the night before email. It is the player's responsibility to be prepared while on the course.
---> Minimum of 3 players on a card to play in the flex.
---> All players on your card must be playing the Flex, however, the course is not closed for public play (casuals will be on the course).

Pro Divisions- If there is enough interest, I can open a 2nd Flex just for the Professional field. If the Professional field does not want a rated round, we can offer an unsanctioned round with identical pass through fees with cash payouts, however the entry would be CASH ONLY the day of the event and scoring will be taken on Udisc. Please contact me directly if any Professional player is interested in playing.

About this tournament
This event is part of a mini-series over the course of the week. There are 3 NADGT flex starts (Tues @ Veteran's Green/Brown, Weds @ Veteran's Main, and Fri @ Astorhurst) prior to the NADGT event @ Astorhurst on Sunday.
Any players who play in any of the 3 flex starts who then also plays in the Sunday event will have an opportunity to have their full $250 entry covered for the NADGT North American Disc Golf Championships (NADGC) in October!
For all divisions that have 25+ players at the Sunday event, the highest finisher that also played in one of the 3 NADGT Cleveland flex starts will be offered FREE ENTRY to the NADGC. If a division has fewer than 25 players at the Sunday event, the highest finisher in that division that also played in one of the 3 NADGT Cleveland flex starts will be offered a 50% off entry for the NADGC.
If there is a tie for the top finisher who also played in a flex event, the tiebreak will be whoever had the highest finish in any of the 3 flex starts)

Club fee will be added to entry fees at checkout. Club fees go directly to the local club.

The 2026 NADGT North American Disc Golf Championships 10/27-10/31/2026 in Austin, TX and if you are a Junior player, you receive an invite to the 2026 NADGT Junior National American Disc Golf Championships 6/5-6/7/2026 in Tulsa, OK.
This event is eligible for the National Ace Pool! When you buy in you'll compete with players from across the country for your piece of the pie! Minimum distance requirements apply: Mixed Pool Aces must be at least 225’, Female Pool Aces must be at least 165’ to qualify. The NADGT allows Professional Class players to play in all events except the Championships, provided they are eligible under PDGA Pros playing Am guidelines (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/204). Professional Players will NOT earn invitations to the Nationals Championships, they will move down to the next eligible player. Refund policy
Refund requests made 14 days prior to the event will be issued a 100% refund less DGScene and PayPal Fees
Refund requests made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a $5 fee (if the spot is filled). If the spot is unable to be filled, a player pack will be shipped directly to the address provided when registering for the event.
