About this tournament
Fox Fliers Disc Golf is excited to kickoff the 2026 Forest Fling with a Friday flex-start, c-tier tournament at Sawmill Disc Golf Course in Silver Springs / Ocala.
This will be a one round, flex-start where each card must tee off between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You pick your cardmates, but you must have between three and five players at all times, per PDGA rules.
This tournament is player's pack only for amateurs, while pro divisions will play for the standard 100% payout.
Players Pack:
-One Premium Plastic Disc
Optional CTP: Each tee pad assignment (long / short) will have one CTP assigned. CTP funds will be divided evenly between both CTPs.
Pass-through fees:
$3 to PDGA
Pad Assingments:
-All pro divisions, MA1, FA1, MA2, and MA40 will play from longs
-All other divisions will play from shorts.
ADDITIONALLY: At 8:45 AM, Florida disc golf professionals, Kevin Kiefer III and JohnE McCray will put on a free clinic for anyone that wants to come out. Both Kevin and JohnE will have merchandise available for purchase as well.
*You do not have to be registered for the tournament to take part in this clinic.
