Morning Round - All divisions play a Candy Cane layout. Odd holes play from the red tees and even holes play from the white tees. Holes 3,4,5,9,12,14,15,17, and 18 play to the yellow baskets. All other holes play to the orange baskets.

Welcome to the 2026 Colonial Ice Bowl.
Ice Bowl tournaments take place during astronomical winter, with the winter solstice marking the start of Ice Bowl season each year. Facing the extreme elements fosters a unique atmosphere where camaraderie and charity combine.
Ice Bowls have become a celebration of community spirit, focusing on supporting food security initiatives. As each year passes, the collective impact of these tournaments grows, showcasing the generosity and determination of disc golfers everywhere to make a difference. Colonial DGC has been part of the Ice Bowl for over twenty years, and we are continuing our support of the York County Food Closet. Our goal is to raise $5k and 500lbs of food donations. We'll need your help to reach this goal.
Bring Your Own Partner Doubles for one round of 20 holes at Newport News Park.
The first one hundred players receive a commemorative 2026 Ice Bowl pin and Ice Bowl Zing Nested Mini. CTP prizes for each scorecard and prizes for the top two teams in each division. $10 discount for players playing both rounds.
Two separate rounds available. The morning round starts at 9:00am and an afternoon round that starts 1:00pm. Teams can sign up to play either round or play both rounds.
20 hole course layout. All divisions play a Candy Cane layout. Odd holes play from the red tees and even holes play from the white tees. Holes 3,4,5,9,12,14,15,17, and 18 play to the yellow baskets. All other holes play to the orange baskets.
A Udisc event is setup and used for scoring.
Three divisions - Open, Am, and Mixed (male/female)
Entry fee - $60 per team + non-perishable food donation
Ace Pot - $2 (optional. if there are no aces, the ace pot is donated to the food bank)
