Sponsorships, donations, and/or tournament merchandise purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for your support.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) April 1st, 2023 will receive a 100% refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between April 2nd and April 14th, 2023 will receive a 100% refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between April 15th and April 19th, 2023 will receive a 100% refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after April 23, 2023 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack. Tee assignments and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule.

Natchez Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
