West Kentucky Disc Golf Trail 2025 Tournament Series
The series will be 9 events, one in each of our partner tourism areas.
Each event will be a PDGA C-tier, 2 rounds on one day,
$300 added cash to Pro
$200 added payout to Am
Pro entry fees $56, Amateur entry fees $46. (includes $3 PDGA fee, $5 series fee for year-end payouts $3 TD fees)
Pros payout via PayPal, Ams Payouts on site.
Amateur players’ package: $20 Gift card to Strong Side Disc Golf
Points will be accumulated for year-end division champions. One point for each person you beat in your division.

Refund policy
Strong Side Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Competitors who officially request to withdraw from the registered list 30 days before event date will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Amateur competitors who officially request to withdraw 10 days to 29 days before event date will 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Pro competitors who officially request to withdraw 10 days to 29 days before event date will receive 70% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Amateur competitors who officially request to withdraw 9 days of the start of the event date will receive their players packs, if needed to be shipped Players will pay shipping cost.
Pro competitors who officially request to withdraw 9 days of the start of the event date will receive 25% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Any competitor who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund and no competitor pack.
