IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!!!!

Good evening everyone! I’m going to apologize in advance for the lengthy post. However, the time has come to reveal some much awaited information regarding this weekend’s highly anticipated event. Pay attention, because if you have a question, it’s highly likely the answer is in this post!!!

CHECK IN- We will begin check in at 2 pm on Friday. The course is open for free play all day on Friday w no green fees for players in the tournament. Only 1 player is needed to check in a team. If that’s the case, that person is responsible for picking up both player packs. Due to Saturday’s tight schedule, we highly recommend checking in on Friday. If you can’t, Saturday check in will start at 6am for A Pool, and 7:30 for B Pool.

B POOL- MA2, MA50, MA3

COURSES (all hole numbers reflect standard Shawshank Layout):
JAILBREAK (JB): 1-6, A,B,C,D 13-17, 20, 22, 23
THE HOLE (TH): 1-6, A,B,C,D, 13-15, 17, 20-23
PSHYC WING (PW): 1-10, 16-23
FINAL 9’s:
1. 2-9, 23
2. ABCD, 13, 17, 21-23
3. 10-17, 23

SATURDAY-
1. A Pool- JB, Best Shot

SUNDAY-
1. B Pool- PW, Best Score
2. A Pool- PW, Best Score
CUT TO 50% of division
FINAL 9’s-
1. MA2- final 9 #2, MA50/MA3- final 9 #3
2. MA1- final 9 #1, MA40- final 9 #3, FA1/FA40- final 9 #2

There will be player’s meetings prior to each round for each Pool.

EXTRAS-

PRIZE CTPS- $15 (3 holes)

There will be additional CTPS for all, and some will be for specific divisions.

Camping is first come first serve. RESTROOMS- several port-a-cans have been delivered. Additionally, we have 2 extra port-a-cans that are specifically for the ladies, and will be in a separate location for the women.

Lunch is provided on Saturday courtesy of the DuFrane family, and there will be food at the Saturday players party, including beer from Southern Star!

We strived to provide a unique experience this year by adding extra holes, creating 3 separate courses, and 3 unique final 9’s for efficiency.

Refund policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B Stillbanging LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
