THROWBACK
Hansen Park in New Brighton, MN is one of the few remaining "Saucer Cone" courses remaining in the world. Some people have seen or heard of them, but most have never PLAYED on them. We are offering a unique opportunity to not only play on these treasured targets, but to honor the humble beginnings of disc golf by playing the course with an Ultimate disc only. The pioneers of our beloved sport threw "lids" at targets before the "pole hole"or beveled edge disc was even a twinkle in anyones eye.
Discraft has stepped up HUGE by providing custom event stamped Ultra Stars and Ultra Star Minis for this very LIMITED Event.
This is a "player pack only" event as it is a PDGA 'Competition Endowment Program' event with proceeds benefitting the Minnesota Frisbee Association (a 501(c)3 organization).
Registration will open as an "invitation only" event for participants in the Masters Worlds. If the field doesn't fill by July 1st (highly unlikely), we will open it up to local players.
