Doomsday Discs is a disc golf brand that was created with your survival in mind. Make no mistake, when the end of modern society comes, there’s nothing we can do to help you. But you can help yourself by throwing excellent discs while civilization still stands and building a stockpile of premium plastic for the end of times. When there’s nothing left to do but pass the time dodging land mines, scavenging for food and throwing discs through incredible dystopian landscapes, you’ll be glad that you have prepared with a great collection of top-quality discs. In all seriousness, these events are perfect events for casual players and experienced players alike, as we strive to keep pricing as friendly as possible and to maintain a fun & casual (yet rule-abiding) environment.

Our fourth annual Demolition will feature three discs not yet seen in our Demolition environment. First, we’ll have the Solar Death Ray (8 / 5 / -1 / 1); a neutral 8-speed fairway driver, perfect for those fledglings to throwing in an apocalyptic landscape. This disc has a unique hand-feel, featuring a series of ridges on the top of the flight plate to enhance your thumb’s grip on the disc. Your second weapon will be the Crisis (4 / 2 / 0 / 4), the perfect slab of beef to satisfy your dystopian tribe. Third, we’ll cast a shadow of Gloom (2 / 3 / -1 / 1) for your putting needs. We’ll once again utilize the Bunker Buster as an optional 4th disc you may add-in if you wish, and will be permissible to use during the round. Remember, you can only use the discs from your player's pack in this event. The Bunker Buster is a superclass fairway driver (7 / 4 / 0 / 2) that will easily dwarf any other disc in your bag. Not everyone will get one....will you?!?

This year we're adding a player's pack only division for those who may want to try the discs, but not play the event. This event will have a hard cap of 40 players (regardless of division), so please sign up as early as you can! We will have numerous CTPs available including discs & swag items (some of which will be division protected) plus a 50/50 CTP. As always, Brian and I will begin reaching out to prize winners shortly after the event to coordinate delivery. PLEASE note that we’ll be reaching out via the contact information provided at registration. If you feel you are in contention to win your division or a CTP after your round, please expect our reach-out. Tournament results will be posted to DGS within a day or two of the event’s conclusion.
