About this tournament
1 round of play
This is a 1 round PDGA C Tier tee-time flex tournament.
I wanted to keep costs low so there will be no player packs or trophies. There will be cash prizes for the pro divisions (paid via PayPal) and merchandise credit to Disc Golf 978 for the amateur divisions. All prizes will be distributed electronically after the tournament has concluded.
Tee times are spread out in 20 minute increments to allow for spacing between tournament cards for casual players. The course will stay open during the tournament. Please expect a slower pace of play and allow all casual groups to play through!
Event Fees:
$28 per player broken down as follows:
$17 to payouts
$3 to the Haverhill Disc Golf Association (Greens Fee)
$3 to the PDGA
$2 to NEFA
$2 TD fee
$1 sanctioning fee ($50 to sanctioning fee, remainder to CTP gift cards)
All 2025 Clement Farm Flex Series events are eligible for NEFA points! If are not a NEFA member, you can register for a NEFA membership through this link: https://www.nefa.com/
There is a $15 one day membership fee for anyone who would like to compete in this tournament and does not have an active PDGA membership.
Format and Layout:
Each card must have a minimum of 3 players. Card adjustments may have to be done the day of the tournament to assure the minimum of 3 per card is followed.
Mixed divisions are allowed to play on the same cards.
All divisions will be playing the ORANGE layout. The pins will be in the Long "B" positions.
A “virtual players meet” with layout, parking, and other important information will be sent via email the week of the event.
CTP:
There will be one all division CTP for a $25 gift card to Disc Golf 978. Free/ included in registration. Hole # will be announced in virtual player meeting email on the night before the event.
Tournament Central and Check In:
Tournament central will be located by the picnic tables near hole one. Please head to TC to check in. All competitors are required to check in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time. Check in will begin 30 minutes prior to the first tee time.
Any player who has not checked in with the TD prior to their tee time will not be allowed to participate in this event.
