We have had a handful of vendors sign up in the last few days and have adjusted some of the layout. We will publish the final vendor list tomorrow. We are allowing vendors who are in using popup tents to start setting up in the Austin Beeroworks beer garden tomorrow. Player check in will be happening from 8:00am to 4:00pm at Sprinkle Valley. This is a great time to connect with all 340+ players. Please reach out to me(Zach) at 512-517-9868 if you arrive and need help finding your spot tomorrow. I will be on site all day until about 2:30pm before we leave for the player meeting at Austin's. Thank you

Vending pricing issue has been fixed. The option for players displayed zero until you clicked on it to register. This costs exist due to space limitations on Saturday night. Many players had already registered at that price. Registration is required for all wanting to vend so that we can accommodating to all vendors.
