About this tournament

The Bay County Disc Golf Community is proud to host the 2025 Northwest Florida Disc Golf Championship. This will be a PDGA Sanctioned C-tier event. There will be a few special course modifications for this year's tournament. We have 23 holes for this year’s championship! We are super excited about the new tournament layout!
UPDATE Feb 8th-
MA1, MA40, MP40, MPO will play the blue layout.
MA2 and MA50 will play the white layout.
FPO, FA1, MA3 will play the red layout.
All other divisions (including MA4, FA3 and MA60) will play the GREEN layout.
Green layout is a special tournament layout and is much of the red layout (it is not the casual green layout that folks play), but has a few course revisions with the many being on temp or modified holes.
This is an amateur trophy only event (for amateur divisions) as defined in the PDGA competition manual- policy 2.06.
In compliance with PDGA standards, Trophies will be ordered based on recorded registrations 2 weeks before the event.
These will be great trophies that all will want on their mantle!
Player's Pack - More to come on this, but an amazing custom dri-fit jersey and custom disc will be part of the player’s pack. REGISTRATIONS AFTER JAN 19 WILL PAY $10 IN SHIPPING FOR JERSEYS. Please register early!
CTP's - Each layout (Red, White, Blue and Green) will have its own CTP prize.
ACE POT - Players are welcome to register for the Ace Pot. If no aces are hit during regulation play, then the ace pot will roll over to a Bay County innovation we will call a "Bullseye Bonus". This Bullseye Bonus means the ace pot will be then allocated to the CTP winners in the ace pot, proportionally by layouts, as a cash bonus.
RAFFLE -You do not want to miss the AMAZING NWFL DISC CHAMPIONSHIP RAFFLE!. Some really cool autographed stuff, a marksman basket, collector discs, bags and so much more!
All registrations include a mandatory $5 green fee that goes to Bay County Parks and Recreation for use of the park.
Refund policy
Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.
All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee to not exceed $10.
Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack
If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
