South Tahoe Disc Golf Association will be hosting the 2024 Nevada State Championships at Zephyr Cove Disc Golf Course on September 21st and 22nd, 2024. This is a "B" tier PDGA sanctioned event, you must be a current PDGA member to enter this tournament. This event is the seventh and final event of the 2024 Sierra Tahoe Series (STS). The Nevada State Champions and the STS Champions will be crowned at this event.
At the Nevada State Championships, you will be challenged by three rounds of 18 holes of disc golf at the #1 rated disc golf course in the state of Nevada, Zephyr Cove Disc Golf Course. It is one of the first ever alpine style disc golf courses in the country. Zephyr Cove DGC is known for its iconic, breathtaking views and its challenging terrain.
There will be two rounds on Saturday and one round on Sunday. Shotgun start at 9:00am for both days. Amateur players will receive a player's package with their registration fee. Player's packages are being withheld from the Professional registration fee, in lieu of higher payouts. Professional players will have the option of purchasing a Tournament Stamped Disc for $20 and/or Tournament Tee-shirt for $20, if they would like a souvenir from the tournament.
Early registration for the 2023 Nevada State Championships opens Monday, July 29th at 6:00pm. This registration period is for tournament tee sponsors and is granted on a first come first served basis. Tournament tee sponsors are granted the privilege of registering for the tournament early. It is $100 for pro divisions and $85 for amateur divisions to register for the tournament and an additional $50 for the tournament tee sponsorship. There are only 18 of these spots available. If not all the early registration spots have been filled by Friday August 2nd, the remaining spots will be offered on a first come first served basis to any division. Normal registration for this tournament opens on Monday August 5th at 6:00pm.
Pass-through fees are as follows:
PDGA fees $3/player.
Sierra Tahoe Series fees $5/player.
TD fees none.

Refund policy
South Tahoe Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds will be minus any Disc Golf Scene or PayPal fees and a $5 handling fee. Tournament Tee Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be handled pursuant to rule 1.03 in the PDGA Competition Manual.
