Refund policy
High Hyzers is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds requested prior to close of registration at 3 PM Central Time on 12/14/24 will receive full refund minus any fees issued by Disc Golf Scene. Any refunds requested after close of registration will be issued at High Hyzers discretion on a case by case basis and will be eligible for an 80% refund minus any fees assessed by Disc Golf Scene. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours after close of registration. Any player who withdrawals will not be eligible for players pack items if applicable and an official withdrawal must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene. Players pack items if applicable will be issued at tournament central during check-in.
