About this tournament
2 rounds of play
2 rounds of 20 holes. Basket locations will be in a mix of short and mid-settings.
Amateur players must sign up by Thursday September 28th to get a hoodie as their main player pack item. Sign ups in amateur divisions after that will get a $15 store credit to use at Ladies First Disc Golf Sparkle Shop the day of the event.
The player meeting will be emailed on Friday, October 13th.
Come to the course in the morning to check in so we know you are here.
Pick up your player pack at morning check-in.
This is a shotgun start at approx 9:20 after check in and our group photo.
Lunch will be 1 hour after the last card is turned in. Pizza lunch from Ian's pizza will be available at the course for those who sign up lunch with online registration.
Round 2 will begin approximately 1 hour after the last card.
All amateur payouts will be in the form of a gift certificate that can be used at the Ladies First Disc Golf Sparkle Shop on site the day of the event.
All junior players will play 1 round only, during the morning first round.
This is a trophy-only event for ALL Junior Divisions, they will get a player pack and trophy if they win their division, but no additional payouts.
Costumes are encouraged for ALL players! They are optional, but make everything a little more fun!

Refund policy
Jenny San Filippo is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be issued up until October 1st at 11:59 PM. After October 2nd, players will receive their player pack but no refund.
