About this tournament

Join us for the 1st Ever PDGA Sanctioned Tournament at Boggy Depot DGC in Atoka, OK! This is a 18-hole course that was designed back in 2020. The course recently had its back 9 put in and is very new. The course is only missing signage which I am told will happen later this year.

Event Format
All Divisions will play two (2) rounds of 18 holes. All Divisions will play from the Short Tees.
Am Player Pack
The First 30 Ams will receive their choice of a Custom Chupacabra Stamped Prodigy MX1 or a JumpFoot Tour Series Stamped Prodigy H1v2 400 Glow Disc.

Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2023
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to BigFootDiscs(at)gmail.com. Cancellations more than 10 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 8 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.
Weather Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.
Ultimately player safety is paramount.
