We are excited to announce the 2019 Lemmon Drop. Please read the document below carefully.
The Lemmon Drop will begin with Doubles on May 16th and the event following from May 17th through the 19th.
Event Format:
On Friday, you will play either the Lemmon Half (1-18) or the Drop Half (19-36). On Saturday, you will play the opposite side.
On Sunday we will cut the bottom ½ of the field (i.e.,bottom ½ of every division). Those remaining will play the full original 27 hole Lemmon Drop layout. On Sunday the last tee time is anticipated to be 11 am. Additionally, please know your lift passes will still be good for Sunday event spectating. COURSE NOT AVAILABLE TO PLAY IF CUT
The Lemmon Drop will be a B – tier event this year. However, am/pro player packs a will continue to push the A-tier standards you have come to expect from the Lemmon Drop.
Early Bird Hole Sponsorship:
Due to many requests and the high demand, we feel we can enrich The Lemmon Drop by offering an overall increase in total Early Bird Sponsorships available to 75 and increasing the max number of holes a single person can purchase to 6. Each hole will have multiple sponsors.
Sponsorships will be on sale on Feb 8th at 8pm - Feb 10th at 8pm MST on disc golf scene.
Registration:
• Early Bird Hole Sponsors open upon payment of Sponsorship
• General Registration opens Feb 22nd 8 PM MST
• Doubles Registration to be determined
• 80 Pro / 80 Amateur
• Pro $135, Advanced $110, Intermediate $85
• 5 Pro Ladies and 5 Am Ladies spots will be held until the 30th
Registration will be greatly streamlined this year. We will be eliminating the majority of the questions during actual registration and following up with registered players via email. This will avoid partial fees during registration and hopefully reduce congestion. BE SURE TO PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS.
