Now to the nitty gritty.

Divisions and Courses

Divisions will be split into two pools.
Pool A - MPO, MP40, FPO, MA1, MA40
Pool B - MP50, MP60, FP40, FP50, FP60, FA40, MA2, MA3, MA4, FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4

We will be playing three rounds over two days. Saturday will be a shotgun start in the morning and then switching courses for a shotgun start second round. Sunday will be tee times. Below is the course schedule. Layouts will be posted by August 1st

Pool A - Dillon, Fall Creek, Dillon
Pool B - Fall Creek, Dillon, Dillon

With Hazel currently being closed without a clear future opening date, we will be playing Dillon Park for 2 rounds. If Hazel has a clear date of reopening we will announce any course changes by September 20th

Players Packs

All amateurs will receive a players pack valued over $325!!!

Players must have jersey size selected by August 1st to guarantee size availability.

Added cash and value

Thanks to our very generous sponsors, we are adding a minimum of $15,000 to the pro divisions and $7,500 to amateur divisions. This will be one of the highest payout events ever run in the state of Indiana!

Disc Golf Mart will be vending the first day and payouts will be provided at Dillon Park on Sunday 10/12, and online at discgolfmart.com

Video Coverage

We are thrilled to welcome Crew42 and C2 productions who will offer post-produced coverage of our event! Crew42 will have Lead Card coverage of MPO and C2 will be doing a practice round and Course Preview drone videos!

Friday Flex

We will be hosting a Friday Flex start that will run concurrently with Players Pack Pickup Friday! There will be a minimum of $1,000 added cash/value split evenly across all players!

Players Party

Saturday night there will be a players party from 6-9 hosted by Disc Golf Mart. This will include a food truck, mini course, putting competition, long drive competition, vendor mart, and more!

Registration

Registration will open on July 1st for all Hamilton Disc Golf Union members, and will open for the general public on July 2nd.

Refund policy

Hamilton Disc Golf Union is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. The refund policy is outlined below.

September 11th is the last day to receive a full refund for the refund, minus the $10 processing fee, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist. Refund requests between September 12th and September 26th receive a 50% refund unless the spot is immediately filled from someone on the current waitlist.

Players requesting a refund between September 27th and October 7th at 4PM Eastern time will receive a 25% refund, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist.

Players requesting a refund after October 7th at 4PM Eastern time, which is the published time for the close of registration, or players who do not check in, will not receive a refund or their players pack.
