About this tournament

10th Annual Hang Over Classic
Back again is an unsanctioned event to shake off the cobwebs from your New Years Eve celebrations and start the year off playing the game we love with the people we love.
With an eye towards public safety during the Covid pandemic, we are opting for this years event to be a flex start format. Low cost to enter. All fields paying to top 40 % of finishers. All payout will be issued by 9:00 PM on 1/1/2021.
Keep in mind that a Flex start means the possibility for a tie for the first place
FUn thing about a flex start- you will be able to make your own card and play with your friends, and choose when you start.
Players will be able to START their round an time between 8:00 and 1:00 PM.
Format for this years event will be a jumble layout - All ODD holes will play from the LONG PAD, and all EVEN holes will play form the SHORT PAD.
This year PRO payout will be via PayPal.
This year AM payout will be in the form of an electronic voucher from Fly Guy Disc Golf.
(This voucher maybe used in person or online and will be valid for 1 year .)
ALL ENTRY FEES will be used for Payout; there is no player pack / voucher.
FGDG will donate $2 for every player who participates to the Clayton Disc Golf Club. ( Separate donation, and not taken from entry fees).
Fly Guy Disc Golf will have a tent set up and will be vending products for those interested.
As this is NOT a sanctioned event,, scorekeeping will NOT be using the PDGA scoring app. You will be issued a paper scorecard; HOWEVER - keeping score as a group utilizing UDISC and displaying it Tournament Central when you are finished will be acceptable.
