The 4 Nations Cup goes into its 3rd season. Germany’s club won the first title and the current title holder is the team from Belgium.
The 4 Nations Cup is a cross border tournament series between 4 frontier clubs, with one tournament played in each of the 4 participating countries.
This tournament seeks to grow the sport through attracting new and diverse members and strengthening international ties across country borders.
It is not a nationwide event with the best players of each country, but rather 4 clubs situated near the borders: Strasbourg/Nancy (France), Namur (Belgium), Trier (Germany) and Luxembourg, holding PDGA C-Tier events to play out a new Champion each year.
Team scores are tabulated by taking the best 4 scores of each club, plus podium bonuses for each category. While the heart of these events is the team spirit, the tournaments are open to all players who are welcomed to compete individually.
The 4 Nations Cup is about attracting new players for our sport, making our sport more visible, giving amateur players the chance to play internationally
and of course competition paired with joy.
