The Northern Michigan Disc Golf Tour is a PDGA-sanctioned tournament series designed to provide a high-quality competitive experience across Northern Michigan. The tour features professionally run events, player-focused payouts, and a season-long points series, giving players consistent opportunities to compete and track their performance throughout the year.
Divisions are offered for every skill level, from beginners playing their first sanctioned events to seasoned competitors chasing points and payouts. Players will also have multiple opportunities throughout the tour to earn a berth to the Michigan Amateur State Championship while competing on some of the region’s most popular courses.
Each tour event includes a $3 series fee per player. These series fees are pooled throughout the season and used exclusively for end-of-tour payouts. At the conclusion of the tour, the top 10% of competitors in each division, based on final season standings, will receive an end-of-season payout.
Professional division payouts will be issued electronically via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Amateur division payouts will be issued as merchandise vouchers, redeemable through online fulfillment at

Points are awarded based on placement in participating events:
- 1 point for participation
- 1 point for each competitor beaten in the same division
- 1 point for each competitor tied in the same division
Season standings are determined by cumulative points earned across tour events.
