This series is intended for the local players of Putnam and Kanawha Valley in order that travel expenses are cut down and points can be earned towards the PDGA. Cost for this series is minimal and in turn payouts will reflect this adjustment. This series is also intended to introduce players to the PDGA at an affordable entry fee for each tournament. Due to the minimal cost involved in this series all entries must be on line and there will only be four divisions. There will be a 48 player cap per tournament on C Tiers.(City -45 players) Divisions will be Novice (MA4), Recreational (MA3), Advanced (MA1) and Women's recreational (FA3).

Players earn 1 point on there divisions leaderboard for each DGSC event they attend plus 1 point for every player they beat or tie at these events. One exception for the Kanawha Valley Tournament - only 1/4 points for each player beaten will be warded due to the number of participant's.
