C.O.W.S. is a 6 event winter series and the focus of the series is to raise money for improvements and upgrades to our local courses. In the first year of the series we raised $850.00 and the second year we raised $1706.00 and would love to see the totals raise again this year. We also had some very generous donations to our cause from the Columbus Flyers and Scott Carpenter, huge thanks to those folks for stepping up and helping us achieve our goals of making this series successful and helping us improve our courses.

In the past two years we have funded the following projects:

Kinslow Disc Golf Course - $1,089.71
- Painting the trash cans and benches
- Cutting, clearing, and creating new long tees and fairways
- Cutting, clearing, and adding new pin positions
- New tee signs and posts for all of the short/concrete tee pads (signs
are in and will be installed in the spring)

Jeremy Lewis Memorial Disc Golf Course - $387.84
- Building and installing footbridges across creeks and valleys

Delaware State Park Campground Course (In Progress) - $500.00
- Installing new tee signs
- Installing two new collars to move two of the current holes
- Cutting and clearing fairways to make the course more playable
- New Tee Pads (concrete or pavers)

Eagle's Nest Disc Golf Course (Pending) - $500.00
- Approved funds to be used to assist in finishing the re-design of
Eagle's Nest in Lancaster
