Okay, so I had a hard time finding the path do drop out:

I had to go to my personal page, look at tournaments I’m registered for- then look at the event field for this particular even and find your name in the reg roster.

From there I was able to click my name and at the top of THAT page for my PDGA profile and it had a red ‘withdraw’ button...

Hope this helps someone.
