So we have to leave the course in between rounds and head to TC offsite to find out our starting hole for round 2?

Yes, it isn't much further than when we have used the Sports Chalet in the past.

I am going to attempt to set cards via PDGA live scoring for the second round. So you may not need to return to TC in between rounds.
